INSURANCE PAYMENT DELEGATION TO THE CLINIC

Unfortunately, our clinic does not accept insurance payment delegation. We strongly recommend that you register with your insurance company for direct deposit of your benefits. Direct deposits are typically made to policyholders within 12 to 72 hours of claims being transmitted via the internet.

YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE REMINDER

To avoid unpleasant surprises, it is critical to fully comprehend your dental insurance and the terms that govern it. This is a legal agreement between you and your insurer. This contract has no bearing on the dental clinic. As a result, even if the clinic electronically submits your claims to your insurer, you are still fully responsible for all fees incurred.

Even if your insurer says it will pay 100% of the costs, you should be aware that this is based on the price guide established by your insurer and negotiated with your employer. This may differ from our clinic's fee guide; it is possible that the costs invoiced by our office are not fully covered by your insurer. On request, our team can provide you with a document that will help you better understand the terms of your dental insurance. All you have to do is call your insurance company and ask the questions on the list.
